- Selfie verification — Live photo matching your ID document
- Proof of address — Utility bill or bank statement (not older than 3 months)
- Business verification — For corporate accounts: CAC certificate, business registration documents
- Source of funds verification — For high-value transactions: bank statements or payslips

Access to certain services may be restricted until the appropriate verification tier is completed:
- Basic Tier: Email and phone verification — limited access to platform features
- Standard Tier: Government ID verification — full access to standard services
- Enhanced Tier: Full KYC including address and source of funds — access to high-value services

All KYC documents are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and are accessed only by authorized compliance personnel. Documents are retained in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
