📦 Digital Services — General Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, most digital services are non-refundable once delivered. This includes but is not limited to:

  • eSIM activation and data plans
  • Virtual number purchases (once the number is assigned)
  • VPN and proxy service activations
  • Account boosting orders (once initiated)
  • Software tools and digital credentials
  • Cryptocurrency exchange transactions
  • Gift card purchases (once delivered)

✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered and processed under the following circumstances:

  • Payment was successfully deducted but the service was not delivered due to a technical error
  • Duplicate payments were made for the same order
  • Technical errors on our platform prevented service completion
  • The service ordered is unavailable or out of stock

Approved wallet refunds are processed immediately. External payment refunds (bank/card) may take 3–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
